Mango Syrup and Proboscis
Painting - Oil and wax on canvas
2016-
About the work
Lewis is increasingly interested in the installation of his paintings. Here, he has placed two small works, Arowana (2022) and UnDeb (2022), along the left and right edges of Mango Syrup and Proboscis (2016). They function for the artist ‘like orbiting satellites extending the narrative’. -
