About the artist
Born in London, Brian Plummer studied at Hornsey School of Art (1954–57) and the Royal Academy Schools (1957–60). Working mainly in watercolour, acrylic and relief he participated in group exhibitions including shows in Barcelona, Tokyo and London. His first solo exhibition was held at the Drian Galleries in 1965. In 2001 a show of his works was held at Piano Nobile in London to coincide with a book about Plummer’s work by Norbert Lynton. Plummer’s works are held in public and private collections alike.
