About the artist
Richard Forster was born in Saltburn, Cleveland. In 2006 he had his first solo show at Jerwood Artists’ Platform, Cell Project Space in London. Over the past two years his work has been included in numerous group exhibitions such as Working Things Out at Spike Island, Bristol; The Opposite of Vertigo at The Drawing Room, London; and Blue Star, Red Wedge during Glasgow International in 2006. In 2008 he had exhibitions at Spike Island, Bristol and a solo exhibition at MOT in in London. He lives and works in Saltburn, Cleveland UK and is represented by MOT International.
