About the artist
Henry George Moon was a landscape and botanical painter. He exhibited nine works at the Society of British Artists in Suffolk Street, nine at the Royal Academy and at least four at the New English Art Club and the New Water-Colour Society. His works are predominately landscape views of Essex and Hertfordshire and studies of flowers.
