In this semi-abstract print, a black disc peers from behind a series of textured, multi-coloured, horizontal bars. Dunn’s etching remains primarily an example of the careful balancing of colour, shape and texture for which his two-dimensional work is known. Produced in the mid 1960s as part of an edition of 50, this print was purchased for the Government Art Collection in 1967.
