Celia Hempton was born in Stroud, and lives and works in London. She received her MA in Painting from the Royal College of Art, London in 2007. Selected solo exhibitions include Prem Sahib in collaboration with Celia Hempton, Southard Reid, London (2017); presentation for Frieze London with Southard Reid, London (2016); Art Night with ICA curated by Kathy Noble, London (2016); The Magazine Sessions in collaboration with Fiorucci Art Trust, Serpentine Sackler Gallery, London (2016); FLY ASH, White Cubicle, The George & Dragon (London, 2015); performance and presentation of work made in Stromboli as part of Forget Amnesia curated by Milovan Farronato and Haroon Mirza, Fiorucci Trust, Italy (2014).
